Once an order has been shipped, FWITHIT is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. FWITHIT is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All FWITHIT pieces are handcrafted after you place your order. No mass production, no sitting on shelves — every hoodie and tee is created fresh.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. Each item is made to order, so this time ensures the highest quality finish.

• Canada & USA: 3–7 business days once shipped

• Worldwide: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier

Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or tariffs charged by the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot control or estimate these charges, as they vary by country.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or tariff fees, the original shipping cost and any related fees will not be refunded.

All sales are final. Since each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
