By accessing this website and purchasing from FWITHIT, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Availability

All FWITHIT products are made to order and handcrafted individually. As a result, slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur. Product availability, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout before processing begins. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods made available through our platform. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. FWITHIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

4.Custom Policy for U.S. Buyers

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that tariff or import fees may apply upon delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in our product or shipping costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of FWITHIT. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FWITHIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

8. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to complete your purchase (such as payment processors or shipping carriers).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
